                <title>PHR/SPHR Study Group Information Meeting</title>

&lt;p&gt;For those interested in participating in a study group to prepare for the national SPHR or PHR certification exams this spring, we will be hosting an informational meeting on Tuesday, February 7 (repeat from Tuesday, January 31) University of Phoenix/Nashville at 6:00 pm for each meeting.&amp;nbsp; The  University of Phoenix/Nashville is located at 616 Marriott Drive,  Nashville, TN near the Nashville Airport off Briley Parkway and Elm Hill  Pike. &lt;span style=&quot;color: rgb(0, 0, 128);&quot;&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

FREDRICK J. BISSINGER is Regional Managing Member of the Nashville, Tennessee office of Wimberly Lawson Wright Daves &amp;amp; Jones, which he joined in 1999. His law practice includes an emphasis in employment discrimination and wrongful discharge litigation, ADA and FMLA compliance, workers&apos; compensation, and general liability. Biography&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
Kim Vance is a shareholder in the Labor &amp;amp; Employment Department at Baker Donelson&apos;s Nashville office. She has more than 20 years of experience representing management in every aspect of labor and employment law. &amp;quot;Kim is unique. She has the mind of a business owner and the intellect of a great lawyer. This combination has benefited our company in very meaningful ways,&amp;quot; said Joe Scarlett, Chairman and former CEO at Tractor Supply Company, where Ms. Vance formerly served as General Counsel.&lt;/p&gt;
