Welcome to Talent Acquisition Networking Source (TANS)! 

TANS is a Special Interest Group (SIG) with MT|SHRM that serves talent acquisition professionals in Middle Tennessee through monthly meetings and networking opportunities.  We welcome corporate and third party recruiters to our group as well as companies and individuals who serve the talent acquisition community. Our goal is to improve the skills and competencies of the recruiting professionals in our area. We currently have 250 members of our group and we invite all recruiting professionals you to join us!   There are no additional costs associated with being a member of this SIG. Event Announcement:

TANS is proud to announce that it has partnered with the “Safe & Sound Career Expo @ Lipscomb University” on Thursday May 28th from 10 am to 3pm. This event will include a career fair, career education, and networking opportunities for employers and candidates to connect.

We expect a large turnout for the Career Expo and success will depend on employer participation. We understand that employers may not be currently hiring, but we would like to encourage you to take advantage of this excellent opportunity to meet and network with candidates for future job opportunities . Employers may sign up as "networking for future openings" and we will communicate this to job seekers.
